They completely failed at their job. They missed stumps, forgot to bolt in certain things, and just flat-out refused to do a certain area of the house. We spoke to another stumper, who came and did the "problem area" without issues, and then he realised that the stumps that Mick and Neil had done are not actually level at ALL. Which is why our floors are STILL bowing and bendy. We are completely unimpressed by this company and would ONLY recommend people to AVOID this company completely. They should not be in business.
Had Mick and his son Neil replace a few stumps and level my late 1800s Queenslander near Noosa. Their quote was reasonable, time frame to complete work not to Long and turned up on time. They cleaned up after themselves and did a great job. Would highly recommend. Good honest blokes.
