Midway Ford (WA)

Ignorance paired with incompetence. Greeted by a lady with a “do I have to work today” approach, who was clearly not familiar with the term of customer service. Whilst I sympathize with the fact that we all have occasionally a bad day, the attitude of the person in question was truly appalling. Human errors occur and no one has problem with that. However I do have little sympathy for people who commit an error, but then try avoiding responsibility by blaming everyone and anything else for their own mistakes. My son purchased a couple of tyres trough tyresales which were supposed to be fitted this morning at Midway Ford. When we arrived to have the tyres fitted we were advised that there was no record of a booking. I advised the lady that we received several confirmation emails which where even shown to her, plus the tyres (which had the booking number and our name on) which were not even 2 meters away from her!
