I needed some Xmas gifts for the family and I went to Mike's. At first I wasn't not loving the help given by one of the guys there but after I was about to give up and leave a girl that works there stepped in and saved the day. Not quite sure of her name but she was adorable and super knowledgeable! Thank you hun, will be back.
Have been a few times to this business and it never fails to disappoint. They are incredibly rude, never welcome or thank you or apologise when they should. Left two watched to have batteries replaced. Returned two days later and they charged two different prices for he two watches. Whatever but then I noticed my watch wasn't working, they replaced the battery then and there and it worked. Walked around the shops and my partner realised his wasn't working either. Went back. They then replaced his. So they actually had charged us initially for two batteries they didn't replace. No apology for wasting our time. No checking of their own service. We could have left or not noticed and then what come back would we have when realising down the track our watches weren't working. Went in today. Was referred by Kinsway for plastic plaques for a gift. Drove almost 40mins with my 4 month old son. The guy didn't seem interested in my business from the get go and told me to "pop back" with the measurements. I had the item with me and said I couldnt just pop back as i had driven a long way. I struggled for a bit to get it out of the box to show him where i wanted the plaque. As soon as he saw he said he couldn't do it. Didnt offer any alternatives. I even asked, so there is nothing you can suggest. No. Ok. I started putting the item back in the box. I was struggling and he just walked off. No goodbye. No sorry I cant help you. No can I give you a hand?

Made a simple enquiry about a garage remote, and very bizarrely was responded to immediately with an f-bomb, and it went rapidly downhill from there. Not quite sure how aggressive behaviour and swearing at customers fits in with their model for customer service, but suffice to say I thought I'd look elsewhere. Btw, happily found out shortly after you can buy replacement garage remotes online for less than half the price angry f-bomb person was quoting. Didn't realise how easy they are to program yourself!
