Better than an emergency room late at night. Great place to go for later night prescriptions or medicine. Reception has been good everytime, I think people forget the staff do night shift and dayshift so I wouldn't complain if they staff eyes don't light up to see you at 2am. Great amount of parking. All doctors are international here too. I don't make this my main GP as I can't count on getting the same Doctor everytime, they have many.

Despite the below average quality of the reception staff, the doctors are great and I use this clinic whenever I need medical attention. Several traumatic experiences with different medical centres left me with a massive fear of doctors and used to avoid them at all costs, but the treatment I have received at MPS has given me the confidence to get the help I need.

I have been able to live a much healthier life, with the help of the staff at MPS, since my first visit.

Long waiting periods! bad service.have to wait atleast an hour even after an appointment

All the receptionist are extremely rude. They are very unprofessional. Waiting period to see a GP even with an appointment is always more than 1 hour even though they would say it's only 30 mins. Customer service is disgusting so from now on I am going to other clinic.

Very bad customer service . Reception staff has no idea what the doctor is doing and how long dctor will take before they see you .they dont care about customers ...highly unprofessional
