Millers Provided the cheapest quote so I went with them. They promised to place couches made of material in a bag, and mattress in a bag. They did NEITHER... brand new couch arrived completely unusable and damaged. Other items were destroyed beyond use. After complaint, Miiller's move response was I should have taken out insurance... and they will only pay for the insurance deductable excess payable. So basically they can destroy peoples property so long as its insured.... Just don't use them.... go to someone better.. I have wasted too much time and money with Miller's - the cheapest option
I recently relocated my family and all belongings from Melbourne to Perth on short notice.
Quotation was done efficiently and found Millers to be very friendly. Received a courtesy call from the driver the night prior to confirm the move. Removal guys arrived on time with a full container of my belongings loaded without incident. All of the guys were friendly and efficient when getting the job done. No dirty work boots. No hassles. They explained how they planned to carry out the job and always more than happy to stop and chat if I had a question. It was a hassle and stress free experience.
what a horrible, unprofessional company this is. I had an order for a couch and had millers to move it from perth top melbourne. it\'s been over 3 weeks, I did not receive my item and I called them multiple times. finally when i get someone to answer, they were so unhelpful and just unprofessional. they told me today that my couch had never left perth to begin with. 3 weeks !!! That couch (chaise) was meant to be a christmas present for my partner this year and now I am in extremely disappointed that it wont reach (probably) until after christmas\/newyear. I was told that I would get a call back regarding the status of my delivery but I never heard from them.
This is just sick. I spent 440 AUD on the delivery. And they do not have the courtesy to call and inform me. Don\'t waste your time and money on this company. Arrhggggg
An update - I still haven't received my chaise yet. What a shame. And the customer service refuses to help me when I call. I am tempted to drag them to the court. I was supposed to receive my chaise in 1 week to 10 days time, its been 8 weeks.
I have had Millers Moves move my furniture recently. Many of my items are valuable antiques. Not only did they treat all my items with the utmost care but they were very respectful and offered me the service I was after. The office staff were great to deal with and extremely helpful. Their pricing was very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone needing a removal service.
