Was stuck in Coffs Harbour with a busted suspension part on my old Golf on the way to Byron Bay for Bluesfest on the Wednesday night before Easter this year.
I phoned Mills-Thom at 10am on the Thursday morning to see if they had the part I needed, and if they would be able to fit it for me. They didn't have the part, but told me who did (Burson's just up the road, another good business). I'd like to commend Mills-trom Team for they way they managed a difficult repair on my old Van,,,It took many tries to fix it,,, but kindly they did not charge for all the work done
The team is polite and friendly with all the latest testing equipment. Highly recommended.
Absolutely appalled with the service I received here. Not only did they have my vehicle for a whole day to tell me at the end they didn't work on it, they make no contact with you in regards to the process. After ordering a part that was required, and falsely promising to have the work done on time, I was told by the management of the company to 'go away' in front of other customers after I had been stuffed around by them 2 days in a row.
I would strongly advise anyone not to use this company as the management customer service and work ethics are unethical.
This mechanic has been noted with the company we work for, and will not be used by any of our techs in the area.
