Sydney has a busy lifestyle so by using hypnotherapy we aim to have an outcome in 4 sessions. This is because, unlike many hypnotists we use a combination of techniques as well as hypnosis to help fit the busy schedule those live and work in Sydney and The Sutherland Shire lead.

As well as using hypnosis I also combine the use of NLP, Psychology and Mindfulness in aiding those who wish to move forward in their lives and achieving high levels of success and also matching and fitting the lifestyles we all lead.
