Upon installing my over priced screen, my touchscreen was not responding. When i asked the guy on the front desk he was passionate and helpful however the owner was very arrogant. He tested the screen outside of the phone and was very condescending presenting me the screen i paid $150 for. Turns out i needed to put some electrical tape over exposed chips which in my old screen were covered which prevent the screen shorting out with the board. He tested the screen out of the phone but in the real world it wasnt applicable. I have fixed the problem myself but the manner owner presented was terrible. The person working for him was a very nice guy and no issues at all. Would never buy from here again.

Searched on the internet for iPhone parts repair in Perth as I was traveling, then I found a very good company minidigitalIT and they are having a very good reviews, so I thought why not give them a try since I need to repair my iPhone too. I went there and they clearly understands my problem and give a perfect solution. Excellent service from start to end. I went on a vacation with my friends to Australia. Me and my friends went to hotel where we were having a good time nearby swimming pool by mistake my apple iphone dropped in the swimming pool. Until I catch it out, it was completely damaged from water.

I have to say this. These laptop repair technicians saved me from trouble. My laptop broke down as I was doing my work project with it. I have been working on this project for the past 3 months and as a result of my stupidity, I never backed it up other than in my laptop. I took it to a nearest laptop repair center and I was told that my hard drive has developed some kind of a fault and it has to be replaced and unfortunately the data can't be saved. All I could foresee was being sacked from work. I gave it a second try and went on Google to find another laptop repair center and by luck I got in touch with these ppl. The way they spoke gave me some hope. I had a new hard drive installed as well as my data migrated. Now the laptop feels as precise as it looked before the crash with all the data in it. I was charged a reasonable price too. To say in short, Minidigital IT Good customer service, qualified technicians, value for money - all in the right mixture.
