I shop at Minto pets on a regular basis and I have to say the customer service is impeccable the staff are friendly and try to give helpfully suggestions like a frozen bottle of water in a dog bucket keeps it cool all day on hot days and a frozen bottle of water in in a rabbit cage they will curl up and sleep next to it the staff were very helpful
I shop at Minto pets quite a lot and every time I go in there staff are very friendly, helpful and full of knowledge. They have a great range of products, pets and birds at very reasonable prices. I VERY HIGHLY reccomend Minto pets to anyone looking to add a member to their family or just need supplies,

The store is ok but service is lacking
Twice I've been in the shop and waited 10+ minutes to be served because staff is upstairs with birds.
But I've been seen downstairs......
On the second occasion the staff had an apprentice upstairs with them and neither came down stairs for ages only after the phone rang and a short chat staff came down.
hi I am sorry to see your review & to see that you were unhappy, at the time you came in I with a work experience kid cleaning the birds, and we would not have known that you were there, if it happens again there is a bell on the counter just ring that. I truly apologize and I hope that is the only bad experience you had & we hope to see you in the future.
I went into the store about a week ago, and the staff were extremely rude! The puppy pen/display cabinets were putrid and had no water in the bowls! Will not be returning
I am sorry that u feel that way nimbum but u must be confusing us with another pet shop as we have not had any puppies in store for 1.5months so there couldn't be dirty dog pens with no water if there is no puppies but if u ever come in and think u see that please let us know so we can rectify it
