I like to support local stores, but $5.30 to print a single A4 black and white page compared with other srore is ridiculous.

AFTER THREE MONTHS, REPEAT MONTHS, OUR JOB HAS STILL NOT BEEN COMPLETED, which would be fine, except that everytime we rang to find out where it is, they said two days. another two days. another two days. That's if i can get onto them at all. THEY WILL NOT RING YOU BACK. THEY WILL NOT ANSWER YOUR CALLS. THEY WILL NOT KEEP YOU INFORMED. THEY WILL NOT COMPLETE YOUR JOB ON TIME, IN MY CASE THEY WILL NOT COMPLETE THE JOB AT ALL. THEY TELL YOU IT'S ALMOST FINISHED.
THIS IS THE MOST ABOMNIABLE DISPLAY of retail customer service I have ever, ever seen.
DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR PRINTING WORK THERE.
This seems to be the habit of another franchisee in Sydney. They really need to lift their game.
I think you may be reviewing a different Minuteman Store here. We pride ourselves on our customer service, and would never behave in the way you describe. We've built our business for more than 17 years primarily on our exceptional and personal customer service. Sorry to hear you had a bad experience with someone else
