What a joke... I took a blank car key down to get cut, the owner at Mr Minit wouldn't give me a quote before he took my car key and started cutting it. less than 2 min later he was sticking his hand out for $35.
I really love to support locals and small business but this guy must be from out of town... customer service was non existent... costs were way over the top. He was visibly upset that I had sourced my own blank and charged accordingly ($2.99 from Hong Kong for Hilux key and case without transponder/battry). I would advise to avoid this franchise (Kenmore shopping center, near Coles) unless you have something super urgent and even then find someone else.
