Mitre 10

Ordered a pressure washer online 4 weeks ago for click and collect. Two weeks after I placed the order I had heard nothing from Becks Mitre 10 in Scottsdale Tasmania, so I dropped in to see what was going on. They had the order. No pressure washer. Two weeks later, I still had heard nothing from them and called. Got the runaround about stocktake and orders. The woman did NOT understand at all that she should have emailed or contacted me about the status of my order. SHE DID NOT GET IT AT ALL. Why should I have to follow-up, twice! Still don't have the washer. Shocking customer service - nonexistent.
