I recently put my weed trimmer in for a simple repair. Air filter and cover. They were busy so my job was written for 2 weeks. A month went by and I had heard nothing. I went in on a Friday to ask what had happened. They could not find my job note but I saw my trimmer hanging on the wall. They walked around asking each other questions then finally admitted that my job had been completely overlooked. I was told that my trimmer would be looked at first thing Monday and I would be rung. No phone call. Tuesday, no call. I rang. I was told oh ok well your trimmer is not starting and there is scoring on the bore and it's probably not worth fixing. I said I only asked for an air filter and cover (about $15) and that the trimmer was starting just fine and that you had asked me that question when I first dropped the machine off and I had said it's starting fine.
