MKM Capital or MA Home Loans RIPPED US OFF! We told them our exact situation with details on the phone and they assured us we'd get financing for our home purchase. We then paid a $600 application fee only to be turned down for the exact reason they told us would NOT be a problem. I wish we had steered clear of them! They cost us money, time, a huge amount of stress, and we almost lost the house we were buying as well. Thank goodness for RAMS who was honest, forthright, and told the truth. RAMS literally saved us from being renters again.
