Very Poor, Avoid!, agreed time to collect and repair not even started with no contact made to advise, No apology or accountability and even tried to blame me, i mean please. Their logic has no respect for their customers. Even refused to handback my receipt as they knew it was proof of agreement. Once again, Avoid.
The customer came to us for an ipad glass repair. We advised him that it will be ready for pickup next day or day after. He came to up it in the morning and we promised that it will be ready by lunch time. He can not accept it, asked us to have it fixed within an hour and he also said that he will not pay the agreed price for it. He spoke loudly to my staff and was rude to her becasue we were not able to facilitate his request. I returned his ipad and apologized for not able to serve him anymore, then he asked for a copy of our receipt which we can not provide as he did not pay us any money and he said will use it and social networks to tell people not to ocme to our shop. For 3 years in business, we always endeavor to look after our customers but unfortunately we could not make everyone happy especially those who do not show mutual respect !
I used this service to repair my smashed i-phone screen but was very disappointed with repair. A fault appeared under the glass a few days later and as I was assured there was a three month warranty on the glass I took the phone back. The technician was rude and confrontational he accused me of dropping the phone (even though the fault was under the glass) and he refused to honor the warranty. I wouldnt recommend this store the repair was not satisfactory and the warranty is just lip service.
this customer came back with the phone that has physical damage on the glass, so we could not accept it for warranty claim but she insisted that we must replace a new screen for her regardless what caused the damage or will seek legal action against us. I offered her a full refund to resolve the dispute but she rejected and said that she will tell everyone not to come to our shop ... what else can we do better in business these days ?

I bought a smart phone from here and had trouble with it.when I returned it I struggled to explain my self due to the lack of English spoken.when I finally got through to them they just accused me of dropping my phone.I had to get angry before they would return for fixing to which they charged me for postage.my phone had never been dropped!!!it came back fixed. But now after owning it for 5 months it can't hold network to which they are blaming my network provider and will not do anything.I am now stuck with a broken phone I have only had 5 months.
