Mobile Piano Service

Joe was very friendly and took great care moving our piano. He laid drop sheets over our floor to ensure no damage or marks and was a pleasure to deal with. Unlike a previous review, I dealt with Joe direct who did the pick up himself and it all went smoothly. Very happy - thanks Joe.

I booked a piano move with mobile piano service. They advised the removalists would arrive between 8am and 10am. By 11am they had not arrived. I phoned the contact that the booking was made with (Joe), however this number rang out, after leaving a voice message Joe sent me a text message asking me to phone the driver (Steve) to find out what was going on. The driver also did not answer the phone and moments later I received a text message from the driver indicating that the job would not happen and I would need to reschedule with Joe. Joe advised me that this driver was known to be unreliable and he would reschedule my booking. The booking was referred on to another removalist company (Powell Piano Removals) who provided as poor a service as Mobile Piano (delivery outside of the scheduled time, scratched floorboards on delivery).
