Nice enough facility although the checkin systems are aweful and the wait times are even worst.
Often when booking appointment online, the check in machine doesn't have the booking.
Other times the checkin machine doesnt have any appt for you.
Naturally the line at reception is too long and completely unproductive.
Docs are always late.
The best group practice in the area. Lots of good Dr's to choose from however the receptionists often seem overworked & therefore come across as short on patience & a little inconsiderate at times. They can be a very busy practice (phones are contantly ringing) & the best Dr's often have 30min-1hr lag on waiting times so be prepared for that if you are leaving work early to meet an appointment or if you're in agonizing pain it might be best to ring ahead & check how long you could expect to wait. Leave a little time to find a carpark.
An excellent group practice with dedicated medical staff and helpful receptionists. Dr. Ivana Matic-Stancin is a caring and comprehensive GP with a very personalised approach to her work. Waiting times are very reasonable and there are many other great GP's at the practice. I would thoroughly recommend Modern Medical.
