Had an appt booked here for 5pm so left work early, trekked out to Camberwell and then when I rang to let them know I was almost there they told me their computers weren't working and to come back another time.... after getting back to the city and getting home late I was upset that spent so much of my time for nothing - but mainly that they couldn't be bothered to ring me. Not good customer service and I will not be going back again!
Hi Melbgal9. I'm one of the doctors working at Molescreen. I remember that afternoon well because I was crawling around on my hands and knees behind our Molemax machine trying to fix it! it broke down late in the afternoon, so the receptionist called everyone she had time to contact. Unfortunately you must have called before she had time to get through to you. I apologise for the inconvenience. I know it's a pain trying to get here on a Friday afternoon and your time was wasted.
