I ordered my wedding flowers through Terrianne and the team at Mondo for our wedding in March. The flowers we absolutely incredible, everyone commented on how amazing they looked, I cannot thank them enough! I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I ordered my wedding flowers from here for my October wedding.
The positives: Stunning flowers and the bouquets and designs were beautiful.
However...as soon as they realised my budget was just over their minimum spend I quickly felt like my business did not matter and they were much more interested in more lucrative clients. Specific details for the floral designs were discussed and I saw it written on paper, but was not included in the "proposal document" and then questions were not answers in regard to this document until after the cut-off date for adjustments...and I was told I couldn't make any more changes EVEN though the query I had sent had been a couple of weeks before and I had received no response on their part. We are truly sorry you feel this way. As you know we had an extreme number of changes and amendments to your proposal including complete changes in bouquets, colour palettes and flower varieties, and large deletions of the concept you initially confirmed. We even accommodated your request for further deletions outside of our acceptable cut off period before your wedding which is contrary to our terms and conditions. In total we prepared over a dozen proposal documents for you. We had a massive volume of phone calls, emails and several in person meetings with you. At each and every stage we were more than happy to facilitate the changes without question, and provided the utmost in service to your every need. 1of 2
2 of 2. 6 weeks prior to your wedding date a full colour and descriptive proposal was provided for your final approval which you subsequently gave. When the final proposal document was accepted by you at 4 weeks out from your wedding there were no requests or changes pending, we have to assume you would not have provided your approval otherwise.
The colours approved by you in your final proposal were the colours used to create the floral designs for your wedding. None of the colours approved by you were missing from your designs so it is disappointing to hear you believe this to be the case.
