Oh my goodness! A gorgeous, traditional butcher's shop that sells the best beef in the Southern hemisphere. It's like stepping back into my 60s childhood in country NSW when red meat was dark and delicious instead of pale pink and uniform. When I'm feeling REALLY greedy I request a T-bone cut extra thick out the back. S-o-o-o-o politically incorrect and so delicious. Go there!
