professional staff and the vet is kind and caring towards my animals. They provide the only afterhours care around, which shows to me that they care about their community.The only other clinic here doesnt even offer anything afterhours! What kind of clinic would send people an hour away for an emergency rather than directing them to the clinic that is 5 mins away from them!

I have taken my animals to the new vet here many times under emergency situations- NEVER have I ever had to wait to be seen. The vet is always here, she is the owner. Susan works 7 days a week to make sure that our animals can be seen when they need to- I have called her at 3am to ask a question- and never once have I ever been made to feel like I was imposing (even though I know I woke her up!).

I have found the staff at this vet to be fantastic. The vet was very compassionate when our little dog was sick recently and I felt very confident with the treatment she received. Today I was nearby and dropped in with my two dogs in the hope of having them vaccinated. I met three staff (including the vet) and they were all friendly and welcoming to me and my dogs. Great service - I am happy to recommend to others

with the new owners in place this clinic has become my favourite! No more Marlin Coast trips for me! Thank you guys for saving Louis - I was expecting a huge bill at the end but I was amazed. This clinic and the staff are truly all about the animals, bout time we see a vet that is not in it just for the money!!!
