Seem very big in not helping customers who run into the mistake of thinking they had more medication than they do and can't see there doctor for a couple of days to renew a script that can't be stopped suddenly. I've been a customer for 8 years and have watched standards fall a lot, might be explained by them now being owned by a major pharmacutecal company. But your best bet for friendly customer service and reasonable prices is Chemart opposite Coles.

The Sr. pharmacist Mr. Dimwit is very rude and no sense of customer care. Come out of your prejdiced cocoon and try to be helpful and polite towards others. A little bit of politeness, manners and customer care will be helpful in long run.

I have been in here on two occasions. The first occasion, the staff were very condescending and on the second occasion, the other staff was well mannered, but after I made a purchase, the security staff followed me out of the door! I will now avoid giving them my patronage. I will only do so if it is an after hours emergency-when I am desperate! At least they are open then, that is there only redeeming feature.

Staff rude and unhelpful, I have never witnessed this level of customer service in my life.

My husband feels that the staff can be quite arrogant. However, they've always been quite good to me. The senior pharmacists can be quite helpful, being a good source of information & advice. Wide range of products. Often has things that I have difficulties finding elsewhere. However, more expensive than some of the cheaper places.
