Move In Removals

I moved everything from my 2 bedroom house in Brisbane to Melbourne recently and I had a fabulous experience with Move In Removals. The removal guys arrived at both the departing and arriving locations on time! The guys packed everything safely into a big shipping container and everything was in Melbourne a few days later! All of the staff at Brisk were really good to deal with! Highly recommend!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They messed me around in every way possible. They did not turn up on the day I had booked, they never contacted me to tell me there were delays. There was no way to contact them out of hours, their number didn't go through, they didn't respond to emails. My belongings arrived damaged, chips out of numerous bits of furniture, plastic tubs in pieces, boxes torn open and squashed. Not all my belongings arrived and I was offered someone else's paintings. The removalists were very unprofessional and had no idea what they were doing, putting boxes of books onto lighter boxes and wondering why they were getting damaged.

Attrocious service. 6 hours latest. Told on phone everytime I called that driver is on their way. Helping removalist guy abandoned the job and I had to help move my own stuff to make it faster. They had to call another guy in to help as well. Customer service does not exist.

I moved interstate for the first time from Adelaide to Melbourne. As I went travelling for a while first all my things were stored in a storage unit 45 min drive from where I was living temporarily. My moving nightmare began when Move In Removals failed to communicate the correct time they will go pick up my things, it was 9am, changed to 12-3pm, to 3pm then 3:40pm. With most of my day wasted on this, they finally arrived with a large truck with clearance height of 3.2m where as the storage warehouse was 3.1m. After failing to park the truck closer to the storage unit, the office called again and said they have to come back the following day with a smaller truck! Shocking communication, rude and used stand over tactics. At one stage I had to threaten to call the police. Spend a bit more this is certainly a case of you get what you pay for.
