We got many items delivered by this company.
Pankaj and gurpreet were lovely to deal with. They were very professional and listen to our needs. All our items delivered were u packed and assembled perfectly and with care. They also looked after our new property and made sure no damage was caused. No scratches on the walls and the carpets were looked after. We were very happy with their service and will use them again in the future. They did their job with a smile and we appreciate their excellent customer service.

Terrible experience. They aren’t a professional company and are not a member of AFRA at time of writing. Goods were damaged in the move and Move My Stuff won’t accept any responsibility. They appear to sub-contract out again and try to pass blame going around in circles. There’s no dispute resolution and have needed to claim through the bank and Consumer Affairs. We went with them as they had positive reviews, but we got two guys with a rental truck one of whom was his first day. Good damaged and were left behind and had to get someone else to move it. They were cheap, but you’ll get much cheaper on Gumtree and likely better service.

Terrible company.
We used move my stuff for a short distance move 2 weeks ago. When the truck turned up it clearly wasn't going to be big enough for our stuff, despite clearly going through our furniture with the company. We even had 2 fridges and a bed that we didn't need to move and we still needed 3 trips.
We had a side board that was moved and permanently broken after unloading it at the new address. The removalists claimed that they informed us that it was fragile, however they never informed us of this. The company said that as it was broken in transit and therefore said they had no responsibility in paying for it. I was super impressed with this moving company. 

The men they sent were friendly and personable and so very careful with my things. I couldn't be happier.

From the time i applied for a quote, changed my moving date and having the men show up at my door, i have found Move My Stuff to be friendly , efficient and very helpful . 

I will definitely be using them again next time i move.

Worst moving experience ever. Received a call at 11 saying they would arrive 11:45, got a call at 11:45 saying 12:45. I moved most of the small items myself and when we arrived at the storage I was left pushing a trolley on my own while the two of them did one together. They were so slow. If I didn't help a simple bedroom move only would have taken 2 hours.
