This fitness group has become one of my main priorities when it comes to routine. MFF has transformed me physically, emotionally and psychologically. I am stronger in every way. Kerri our training is so encouraging and works with you to move towards your individual goals. I hated running and never knew I was capable of running further than 5km. I am now running half marathons which I never dreamed could happen.
The friends and connections I have made through MFF is an added bonus to the training sessions - Everyone is so positive and encouraging and I look forward to my training sessions and the running train each saturday. This fitness group is a definite win and I'm so grateful to be part of it. I would recommend this to anyone with any fitness level - both Kerri and Janet have the ability to accommodate everyone no matter what fitness.
Moving Forward Fitness has lots of sessions at convenient times, and a great variety - I have never once been bored during a fitness session. I love the Saturday morning running train too. The heath, fitness & nutrition advice provided is invaluable - I highly recommend you give Moving forward fitness a go!! You wont be disappointed.
I just love how the training is mainly outdoors, always very different and constantly challenging but within my limits. I love the Saturday morning Running Train. Kerri and Janet are both very professional and ensure all exercises are done correctly, so no concerns about injury. My husband and daughter are also members of MFF, so that shows it caters for all age groups and also men and women. Always plenty of laughter and commerarderie going on, with a great bunch of people.
When I first met Kerri I couldn't even run 500m and had never run more than 3km in my life. 3 months later I had dropped 10kg and 1 year later I ran a half marathon - something I never would have believed was possible.
The classes are really fun and the small group dynamic works really well - you get to know a great bunch of people and every month Kerri organises a weekend group activity like a hike or stand up paddling.
The classes are varied (running, boxing, general strength/circuit) and very affordable.
The venue is a 20-30min drive from where I live now but I wouldn't even consider joining a more local gym. This is the most fun I've ever had doing exercise and the best results I've ever had too.
