Had a bad experience with this dealer was quoted $70 to fix wipper snipper and said they would ring if cost more picked up wipper snipper said it would cost $105
And then problem wasn't fixed so took it back down then got home tried again still not fixed rang the owner said can I get it fixed or money back then he wants nothing to do with was rude and arrogant

I went to my local MowersRus store today, Monday 27th February, and as usual, got excellent service, courteous and always with a lovely attitude from Brandon. I have been a customer for a number of years and I could not recommend them highly enough. They have bent over backwards to meet my requests from the smallest part to the sale of my great mower. I am truly blessed to be one of your customers MowersRus. Keep up the good work. I love it and would send all my friends and family to you any day!! Truly Satisfied customer.
Worst service I have ever had. I went to collect a part my husband had ordered. Took it home and hubby said it was the wrong part, too small and won\'t fit. I took it back a few days later with receipt and I got the worst abuse ever. Staff at shop kept yelling saying it was the right part and we were supplied what we wanted. I had my 2 extremely well behaved toddlers with me and I had to stop and make a point of telling them at the time that this is not the way a decent person would behave. They kept on and on, saying they would call the police on me. I told them to, but they pretended, then physically pushed me out the door and closed it. They said that a woman with kids shouldn\'t be in a place like this!!!! Terrible experience. My husband went in a few days later, and as soon as the staff saw him, went out the back, got the right part and swapped it straight away. We waited that day patiently for this customer to finish after repeatedly being asked to send her husband to bring in the frame for this part as she did not know what size it was .She then started to get abusive to the owner as she felt that her husband was too busy to come in.
Then the owner repeatedly asked her to send her husband "we waited"
and if there was nothing else she should leave.
The owner now upset told customer to leave and refused, then he mentioned the police.
I think people in green houses should not throw stones, I was there when the customer below was in the shop and well to be honest The guy fixed what you wanted and if you want more fixed then the rule of business is you have to pay for it so if he fixed what you requested then if anything else goes wrong with the machine then either pay for the repair or keep your comments to yourself. I have enjoyed years of good service from this shop. A++++++
