Went here as a treat while shopping. The girl was friendly but short changed us. Admittedly it was only by 5c but better in our pocket.
We sat at the only available table, which was laden with the previous people's dishes. We kindly stacked them up an put it on the side of our table.
The iced coffees seemed to take forever but finally arrived and were nice. The girl left without takibg our very obviously stack pile of dirty dishes. (Which you can subtly see in the background of my photo)
*sigh

Visited here once before ages ago and wasn't that impressed with the customer service. Visited again this week and don't think I'll return. Staff just aren't that welcoming. Not sure I can put my finger on it, but they're not all that friendly. I asked a few questions and nothing was met with a smile. Just not great people skills. To add to that, the coffee was really weak and we only ordered the small size.
