Opened in March 2009, a great new and modern accommodation facility where you can relax and unwind. Offering standard rooms, river view studios, one or two bedroom apartments. All Rooms/Apartments are very spacious and fitted out with great facilities starting from a generous size bathroom, kitchen or kitchenettes inc toasters, kettles, fridge and microwave and cutlery/crockery to great flat screen wall mounted TV's with Austar, tables/chairs and sofa's in some. River rooms also have outdoor settings overlooking the river from your own private balcony/patio. Apartments both one and two Bedroom have spa baths and cooking facilities. With our two bedroom apartments also have DVD players and a 2nd wall mounted TV in the king bedroom. We also offer a great Solar Pool and BBQ/Entertainment Area with an outdoor TV. Wireless Internet access is also available through Wifi. Fishing is also very popular were you can access either the Murray River or Gunbower Creek within metres from us. We are located next to Koondrook Boat Ramp. We are next to the local hotel were you can enjoy a great evening pub meal & few cold drinks, the general store is also next door & situated just across the road from the very popular Long Paddock Café where you can enjoy a nice gourmet type Breakfast or Lunch.
