I took my teenage nephew here... he’d had a terrible haircut elsewhere and was a little hesitant..
We walked in chatted to the receptionist about his past experience and what he’d like to achieve..showed a photo etc.. because the receptionist was also a hairdresser, she advised that yes, he had the right hair for the haircut and booked us in with Adam for the next day.. Adam was fantastic! He read notes the receptionist made, and was aware of the past dodgy haircut.. Adam made my nephew (and me) feel relaxed and assured him of a great outcome.. I walked out with my nephew holding his head high and very, very happy with his new look. I can’t thank Adam and the team at Museo enough for the confidence they gave a young man.. I highly recommend them.. thank you!
I like going here during the day, the place looks brighter and enlivened. The massage is really relaxing, I also had foot spa which was also relaxing. The staff I was with were quite timid but they are very accommodating and very courteous. Some staff get into a good chat too but they are polite enough to ask If I just want to close my eyes and enjoy all the luxury of spoiling myself every once in a while.
