In December 2019 My Bathroom completed a renovation , including an upstairs toilet. The plumber (from Zero Plumbing) did not use the Caroma supplied device to connect the toilet to the outlet, It has been leaking sewerage into the space between the upstairs floor and the downstirs ceiling of the Kitchen , staining the kitchen deiling and making the toilet unuseable. Carl at My Bathroom has not been able to get either David or Aaron from Zero Plumbing to do anything for 2 weeks.
