The service at this store is shocking.. They provide incorrect prices and information and then they back track about what was said.. They refuse to refund a deposit that was made earlier that morning on the basis that another person would come have a look. Terrible service I would rather sit on the floor instead of purchasing here
As older australian degree qualified pofesional with lots of spare cash to furnish my new home went to my design. Furniture did not arrive after 4 mths some still not here and sofa wrong colour. Couldnot believe BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM staff in shop actually telling me "you cant even remember who u
spoke to or what you ordered. Yelling at us across the store "im not rude u cant remember" there r 5 more bedrooms for us to furnish and lots of retail shops to choose from, thanks for helping me decide where i shoul NOT shop in future!!! why would u go shopping to get abused!!! I have never been so surprised staff also said i would never get a refund so all u shoppers keep that in mind.
