I have been working with Patrick since 2007. I am in my 60's, and I know that my fitness is much better than some women half my age. Patrick is very patient, but very encouraging during my workouts with him. His programs are varied and not boring. I will continue to work with Patrick, and maintain my level of fitness as long as possible. My husband and I would highly recommend anyone looking for an honest and caring trainer to contact My Fitness = My Future.
