My Invite To You

Dealing with this company was the worst experience of our whole wedding planning. At first before we had paid any money they were lovely more than helpful. Then we paid out deposit which was almost the full amount of the invitations and the story quickly changed. The woman we dealt with, Nedra, was suddenly hard to contact and quite harsh. I would have to send several emails and wait weeks for a response! We had to go back and forward for months due to her carelessness and many mistakes, having our wedding date wrong on the proofs, having our names wrong, sending through blank templates which didnt even contain any information. When we finally picked up the invitations she had carelessly left out our wishing well cards so we had to arrange to drive an hour each way to pick them up again. The manager was extremely rude and made the process of designing our wedding invitations very difficult and an awful experience. They say that they will work with you as much or as little as you want, but when the first few designs were not what we were after they became very rude and said that her suggestions are what they recommends. We then googled images and mocked up designs to send back to them, which they then worked with. Our communication was through email as we are in NSW and they are based in QLD so we had to go back and forth on layout changes to make sure the wording and look and feel is as we wanted it. We were not unreasonable and they kept missing changes which we had to keep asking for, after which they replied and said that "this is now getting to the point of extreme" and "I really cannot spend any more time on your layout".
