MyBudget can't even pay bills on time or with the right details.

MyBudget continuously stuffed up my payments over the seven years I reluctantly stayed with them (they make it almost impossible to leave).

I uploaded my car registration bill in a clear PDF. They said they paid it. They actually TRANSCRIBED the number wrong. My husband and I were sinking financially but we're saved by My Budget. We are now financially healthy and have savings. This is a situation that 1 year ago we could not imagine. We have not once come across a judgemental or rude customer service officer and have never come away from an encounter feeling that our issue was not resolved. The biggest stress for us used to be our finances but My Budget has taken that stress away. With My Budget we have reached so many personal and financial goals. I strongly advise against using this service for many reasons. The first are the fees they charge. Whilst they may have you believe its worth it, any personal financial planner is cheaper and can set up everything that MyBudget sets up.
