Went in for a routine 6month service and went to Kmart tyres at browns plains out of convenience. When it was ready they had a list of 14 different issues with the car. So I went online and ordered the bigger parts with the intention of them being put in for me to save money because I found $150 for $8 spark plugs WAY too high. Then it dawned on me this car has had steady services every 6months since the originally purchase. So knowing this I found it odd that all of these issues would have arose in a 6month period. So I went with my parts that I had ordered and got a second opinion from a trusted and recommended mechanic. I sat there watching as this mechanic pulled apart my car and engine double checking the whole car and specifically the areas that were suppose to have needed replacements. Poor service.
I went in there with a shaky steering wheel and they suggested wheel alignment and balancing will fix it. Cost me $ 109. The problem is still there.
When I rang back to let them know they said my tires have a problem. They could have told me before I paid $109.
Not recommended.
put my car in cause it was blowing smoke and losing acceleration out the exhaust
so they changed the spark plugs,coils,and cleaned out the
engine for $677 told me the car was perfectly ok to drive and was fixed
so im driving down the freeway and i lose acceraltion and i start
laying down a smokescreen to the cars behind me.this was same day
i picked up car from them.i ring them up and they start saying it sounds like
a seperate issue.no its not!it was the same issue i started off with.
i want my money back! do not take your car to get fixed there!
