Average at best, brought my i30 2011 in for 75K service and only cost $255 (August '13), all I pretty much got was an oil change and windscreen wash additive. Comments on their tax invoice advised me that my wipers needed replacing and my air filter was dirty? Why couldn't they fix that?
Do not bring your car in to this store. Absolutely terrible customer service and workmanship from both the management and other mechanics. The management of this store is completely rude. Brought my car in for minor repairs and was overcharged, I then took the car to another mechanic only to find that they had created more damage than they had repaired. Save your time and money and take your car elsewhere!
Save your time and money and stay well away. When transferring my car from NSW to NT I was given a list of things that needed fixing. Without informing me of the cost, they went ahead and did over $3,400 worth of repairs on my car. I reluctantly paid for the repairs. Immediately after there was a squeaking noise coming from my suspension which I told the management about and subsequently brought my car back in a week later for a check up. The management informed me there was nothing wrong. I then brought the car in for a service to another garage - they informed me that the shocks that had been fitted to the car were incorrect. One of them actually broke off when the mechanic tightened it at the other garage. Completely unprofessional customer service and absolutely terrible communication. Please avoid Kmart Tyre and Auto Casuarina.
