Ryan and the team were more than helpful when we recently booked our cars in for rwc's to change our interstate plates. They also assisted in attaching the plates to the car body where previously there were slim-line plates.
Would thoroughly recommend their services to anyone ... friendly, courteous, helpful and professional.

I have just had my car serviced and again found the team professional and polite. I have been going to this team since moving to Brisbane and have found them more obliging than the manufacturers team. I highly recommeend them.

Really disappointing, I just had two new tyres put on my corolla last week and the next day we found the studs were all threaded, so we had to replace the studs to be able to finish some other work with the cv boots...

Time to downgrade my review for Kmart Tyre & Auto at Chapel Hill. I used to like this place and my extended family would get regular servicing and repairs done here for three vehicles (on my recommendation). However we will not be back.

There appears to have been a change in the team at this store in the last few years and the fellow who now does a lot of the customer service calls appears to have done his time at a big car dealer. The quality of the servicing has dropped and I am tired of the inevitable phone call for extra servicing that 'could' be done now but really doesn't 'need' to be yet. If I want that sort of gouging service I can go to a dealer.

I've no doubt tactics like this work and the revenue per customer at this store is probably on the rise and keeping the bean counters at Kmart HQ happy. But your total number of customers just went down. We're looking for a new repairer.

I previously would never have considered Kmart Tyre and Auto and only took my punctured tyre to be repaired here because they were close by. I was so impressed with the professional service on this relatively small job I later decided to give them a go on servicing the car.



I have not been disappointed and have since had brakes repaired, new tyres fitted, and had a family member's car serviced there too.



They are a pleasant change after the typical dealership experience. No hard sell from the front desk and it is nice to be able to talk to the bloke actually working on your car.

Both our cars are out of warranty now and will be getting serviced here every time in future.



The icing on the cake is that this excellent service comes at a much better price than the dealership too.
