Very disappointed, bought a cooking pot set after a few wash all black thing came off, they would find the factory and made safe,then for return they introduced A $419 stelless fry pan guarantee its perfect for cooking beacon then stick everywhere and burned the food with little butter and oil, took it back, another lady said more butter lots oil cover the bottom of pan then changed to put water in to cook beacon, then case pass to Myer centre then to floor manager then floor manager pass to store manager what's crab. Since when Myer couldn't be reliable for their labelled products and start talking sxxx and lies, unprofessional and leak of knowledge and lies.

On Saturday15th August 2020 I bought a Maxwell & Williams White Basics Soho Rim 16 Piece Dinner Set, Gift Boxed for $49.95 for when I move into my own unit in March 2021 so I could use it for myself to serve dinner on for when my family and friends come over. The staff were very helpful and the service was fantastic because on Friday 19th February 2021 they refunded me due to the postage being delayed.

Wanted to buy a birthday present for my mum so we went to the Saint Laurent counter and had the rudest lady serve us. She was incredibly pushy and drove my younger sister to tears. To think it is OK to bully a young girl into buying something is disgusting behaviour. I regularly purchase my make up from Myer in the city and have never had service like this. Terrible service and will not be going back.

Myer Westfield has friendly welcoming staff who are genuinely willing to help. A pleasant visit for our family.

The set up and arrangement may not be as tidy and sleek as the other shop but sale price for the same brand could be lower by a good $45. Sizes are harder to find; I assumed that the store more popular due to the lower sale prices. Staff were ready to help when needed.
