Nail Affair

I have had Caroline doing my nails on and off for years. Followed her and she has always done a fantastic job on my nails. She has a great sense of humour and feel that the comments made about her being racist were probably a conversation taken completly out of context as of the atleast 18 years I have experienced with here she has never been anything but kind and I have never had any issues with my nails. She is the only one I trust to do my nails as I had a severly damaged nail bed and this has caused one particular nail to be extremely sensitive and she is the only one who has never made me want to jump through the roof while getting my nails done.

Unfortunately a painful experience.
I wanted an infill but they wanted to remove my nails and start over. After attempting to remove one nail, I begged her to stop and just do the infill.
Haven't been back.

I've been coming to Nail Affair for almost five years and have left happy every time. Caroline and Mia are extremely friendly and competent and I feel great when I go there. They always do a great job, and I've never had any reason to look elsewhere.

By far the worst experience ever. I asked for a manicure and pedicure shellac nail job and ended up with a half finished job. This was done by the younger girl in the salon who in my opinion and as a result of her inexperience, should not even be doing nails. The shellac on my hands is patchy and the sides of my nail have no colour on them. After telling her to please fix the colour along the sides, she replied by telling me "it is coloured!" and refused to fix her error.

This is by far the least of my concerns today, not to add the disappointment of having to sit on a broken pedicure massage chair (usually the highlight of getting a pedicure in a salon). ...read more
