The worst service ive ever experienced. The manager was on the phone when I arrived for my appointment, I waited for aproximately 10-15 minutes while she continued to answe calls. Then she told me I would need to reschedule because I was late.... When I highlighted that she'd been on the phone, I was told there's not enough time to do the treatment and is need to come back! Rude & unprofessional. I rescheduled and had a shellac done-very dirty nail facilities. Wouldn't ever return.
Very upset with staff who did the eyebrows. Had to go elsewhere to get them redone because of very unprofessional behaviour. The other salon was appalled with the job staff had done and we now have to wait for one eyebrow to grow back properly. Will never go back there again because of staff shoddy job and behaviour. The other staffs on the other hand were nice and did a good job but because of this staff, will never go back there again. Also, if you are not going to open at the times stated on your salon door, you need to let your customers.
Worst experience with the Scoopon voucher- they were rude when we said we didn't want to upgrade to the shellac. Staff attending, hands were shaking when applying nail polish- the voucher said manicure and pedicure and they refused to honour both- just offered a change of nail colour! They did not have the equipment to do nails! They said it was too low a price that we must have paid for the voucher and anyways they didn't get much out of it so the services would match for the amount we paid!!! As if it was our "fault" or "bad luck" that we had purchased the voucher! One of them refused to remove my daughter's nail polish and asked her to it herself! Why offer a voucher when you cannot offer the services promised?? Filthy and terrible customer service!
