Jo not only fitted me in after all HER last appointments on the way to Lismore she gave me her time fully. Jo added shoulder exercises I needed to do and advised the best theraband to use and how to progress my exercises. Jo used ultrasound and taping and spent the time to do shoulder mobilisations I never got taught at Uni. Being a physio myself I am very particular about who treats my body. I would trust and would use Jo anyday.Jo is not only a professional in what she does her new building is immaculate and her reception staff are always courteous. Jo always takes students from Queensland and is always continually improving herself so she can better treat her patients by doing courses since I knew her in 1999.
