Nanna Mcginn's Coffee Shop

Terrible experience! I was a a bit excited to have lunch there with my family after a big drive but soon changed my mind. My son who has autism and an assistance dog to help him (we're talking fully trained / registered dog, not a pet), his grand-mother and myself tried to find a seat. We were told that guide and assistance dogs were not allowed in "areas with a roof" and thus were only invited to sit outside where it was really hot. The staff was trying to tell me that it is "council regulations". I have never heard such nonsense, there are clear laws that state the rights of guide and assistance dogs. Instead of arguing we left. I will make sure to put a formal complaint against them. We just wanted to have lunch like everyone else.

I cannot stay away from Nana McGinn's place - the home made cheesecake and Cuppachino is out of this world. And it always comes with a smile.

Absolutely beautiful breakfast!! Definitely will return. :-)
