Naples Cafe
28 years and still going strong!We opened Naples Pizza 28 years ago and we intend to be here for many more years to come. We offer our customers great food and service in a pleasurable and relaxed atmosphere.
We've moved just across the other end of the plaza and our new deck provides alfresco dining in the shade.
We now also open for Breakfast, Lunch and as always, Dinner and we still offer takeaways and our home delivery service.
We have no BYO charge and with two bottle shops just 50 metres from our restaurant you can find the perfect wine to bring along and match your meal!

We dined here only once and learned our lesson - the pasta was horribly oily and heavy, and the wait was far too long. It has now closed down, unsurprisingly, and has been replaced by the much nicer Osaka Bar; it doesn't sound like we were the only ones with a bad experience at Naples!
DO NOT DINE AT THIS APPALLING RESTAURANT!!!!! The management are the rudest I've ever encountered in the hospitality industry, I actually thought that my partner and I were a burden for going in there, sitting down, and ordering a pizza. The food is also BAD! Do yourself a favour and just don't go there, there's plenty of other pizza places in proximity to Ashgrove!
My husband picked up two take away pizzas- one was burned black on the base. When I rang to say what had happened and that we had been loyal customers for years the staff who works at the front was rude. All they could do was send out another which would take 45 minutes. We had tickets to a game and needed to leave before this and when I tried to explain this staff actually started yelling at me through the phone!! What poor customer service. We have not been back and now go to "other restaurant" which is just a couple more minutes down Waterworks Rd. Not only is the customer service heaps better but the pizza is also superior. If you read the many reviews about this restaurant on the internet, you will quickly notice a similarity in almost everyone's reviews. Management of Naples, has the most appalling behaviour and treats their customers in a truly deplorable manner.
I have finally made the decision for my own sanity and self respect, and after many years of dedicated patronage, to never ever order from this restaurant again.
The management is an absolute disgrace to the hospitality industry worldwide.
For me personally, it is not so much a matter of how nice the food is or how quickly you are served - it comes down to how you are treated - and if you choose to dine here, expect to be treated terribly. ...read more
Naples Cafe you have truly given me an experience I will never forget. Absolute worst service I have ever encountered in my life. I have lived in New York, London, Toronto, Auckland and Sydney. I have tasted food in cities renowned for their abundance of quality restaurants and their food diversity. I have experienced varying degrees of satisfactory customer service but I have NEVER encountered such terrible customer service as I did at Naples Cafe in Ashgrove, Brisbane. ...read more
