National Collections

Tried to ask them to collect some debt for us, when asked a question was told that they had 40 years experience and shouldn't be questioning them. Asked for something in writing and they refused and then hung up! Clearly they don't want the work

Firstly, National Collections we have been In Australian over ten years and never had a debt or money issue! As our credit record would have shown!! Secondly, we reported you to consumer affairs for the way you accepted this false claim from your client! (We recommend to all people that are approached by National Collections to contact Dept of consumer affairs if you feel they have approached you wrongfully!) We had a dispute with a supplier not a bad debt and should not have been handled this way. The staff are rude and threatening!!
