absolute rip off company.
They have a useless refund policy worse than any insurance company I've ever used. Recommend using any other company other than this one. If I could give it no star rating it would be too high unfortunately a one star has to be given. $99.00 quickly taken from bank account despite asking for cancelation prior to money being taken. Just a pack of thieves. Card has been cancelled so they can't access more.
I do not recommend this company to anyone at all. Very poor service. Exactly like the review by one of the reviewer said, they require you to pay first before anything else. A ploy by them, so you can't change your mind about using their service. The result was clear but they included names that I have removed a long time ago. Informed them and they say that it is the government requirement. Total nonsense, as this is not my first time doing a police check. If I wanted to have the name known I would not have removed it in the first place. Go do your police checks at the police station you get good, satisfactory results even if it takes slightly longer to process.
Never never recommend this business to anyone. You must pay first before they ask you upload documents. Before payment, it said that a 2-5 days. After payment, I received an email said that my profile is match with somebody so it will take 10-12 business days to finalise. What a joke, I need it urgently for my job but I stuck with this situation. How irresponsible they are.
This business has the worst customer service I have ever expreienced, I would never reccomend this business to anyone based on that alone let alone the complaint I had raised with them, Their response was a kin to talking to a wall.
There are many other providers of this type of service and anyone of them could surely do a better job, I litteraly could not imagine anyone being any worse.
