Nationwide Auto Service Centre Blacktown

It has been 7 years since in am taking service for my Honda Accord from Matt. He always used to proactively support with valuable suggestions to maintain my car. But this year I have experienced a money grabbing monster. Be reasonable mate.

Great experience with Matt & the guys at Nationwide Blacktown. I don't usually bother writing reviews but these guys deserve the due credit as the customer service was top-notch. They were recommended to me by a friend and I will be definitely recommending them to anyone, moving forward.

My son Thibaud was stranded out at Blacktown on his way to the Blue Mountains after he lost some steering control while driving at high speed on the motorway. He turned up at Nationwide Auto Service Centre Blacktown just before 5pm on a Friday afternoon. One of the mechanics, Kane, put his car straight up on a hoist, checked the car, took it for a test drive, identified a possible drive shaft bearing problem and advised him how he might be able to get back safely to his own mechanic to have it dealt with. They didn't charge Thibaud for their time or advice.

We have used these guys for years (followed them when they moved around the corner too) and have always found them straightforward. Its like they involve you in the conversations (sometimes I pretend to understand) and you feel you get value for money. Support the little guys in business I say. My girlfriends friends now take their cars there too and its not because one of the mechanics is particularly good looking - they just respect you.

had a problem with my wheel alignment which they did a month ago. Took car back on Sat morning. looked after almost immediately by manager "Matthew" fixed the alignment for me , no extra cost. Very good customer service given.
