Don't use these guys! I booked for a removal job. Was told they would be here between 12pm and 3pm. By 4pm I still hadn't heard anything. I rang the company and was told the removalists would be here by 5pm. Not much help when we close at 5pm. Rebooked for 9am the following morning. The removalists finally arrived at 9:30am. The guys they sent had no clue. Their equipment was not up to scratch, their furniture trolley had broken wheels. without assistance I doubt they would have been able to move the items i needed to relocate. Hopeless would be a kind assessment. Then upon payment I asked for a receipt. They were unable to provide one. They said it would be emailed within 24 hours. 2 weeks later still no receipt. The only reason they get one star is that by some miracle none of my stuff got damaged during the move. I will never use these guys again and would strongly reccomend avoiding them at all costs. Pay a bit more for a professional service!
Booked in the 8-10 AM slot.
It's now 4pm and still haven't heard from anyone.
Nobody answers the phone.
Update: Truck arrived at 6 PM .
However it was a different company than the one I hired.
Turns out Nationwide Movers subcontracted the job out sometime in the afternoon for whatever reason.
Still haven't heard anything back from these people.
I'd recommend the company that came and actually moved my stuff.
CBD movers.
AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COSTS NOT WORTH THE HASSLE
I have booked in with this guys for a later date but circumstances changed and I had to move out earlier than planned. I called up this guys and Josh was vey helpful to organise a truck out as soon as possible. The boys were professional and very careful in moving our stuff. Thank you again for helping me sort out my move.
