The worst place ever to be visited. Right from customer service to food everything is below average. In other words HOPELESS. Never trust what they say. According to me one should not give even 0 rating also to the Neeta. If you want your health well being never visit such awful place.
First review i've ever written, but this experience prompted my first ever review. WORST FOOD and SERVICE ever. Don't go. On their website states excellend cusine and service. Served by staff, had no clue what was going on, we ordered two taili's after they got another person which was also a very confusing ordering process. Then 20 minutes later, another staff had back and told us we had to choose beef, chicken or lamb curry which was all the same flavour. Then we were served 1 hour and 15 minutes later.. yes that's right. then our food was so salty is was nearly uneaten, i was so hungry I just downed it and got out, then when my mate paid for us both (I had to go outside I was so brassed off and just couldn't be bothered), they had a hot drink which they forgot...
Worst place i've been to in Canberra. Food was terrible and cold. Order was incorrect. Service was average and a person, who I assume was one of the owners, sat a few tables away from us and stared at us all night. I;m not at all surprised we were the obly people in the place. Never going to go there again.
It was so bad that I wasn't even going to give it half-a-star but the can of coke was fine
I walk past this place every day and to date. The entrance is constantly cluttered with signs, furniture, posters and general things near the front of the restaurant. I often wonder if I shouldn't judge a book by its cover, but I seldom see people in there (warning sign) and today I walked past during closed hours and saw dirty plates/glasses etc still on the table inside (although no one to be seen inside...). Whole thing just doesn't sit right, was good to get your review before I thought any more about wasting my money there.
Having enjoyed fantastic home delivered food from Neetas over the past two years, our last two experiences have been extremely poor. Their telephone system appears not to hear what the caller is saying. Our home delivery was cold, not even warm, the oil from the samosas was dripping through the paper bag and plastic bag. What a shame, they did return and collect the food and repay our money, but we were still told "the food is hot".
