First time ever to Neon Hair and Beauty last Friday, All the girls are lovely, salon is beautiful. I had the pleasure of one of the stylists by the name of Renee to give me a new hair style. Renee talked me through the whole process, cut, colour etc. I have short hair and I am loving my new cut and the colour is amazing, Renee excels at her job, well worth the hour drive to Neon.
