Nepean Blinds & Doors

I am a dissatisfied customer of Nepean Blinds their promis but do't deliver, no internal comunication between management, sales and installers, we were promised our blinds would be installed by August of 2017until now not completed and harrasing us to pay.they take radius measurment with card board or paper. then they blame the fabricator then thet say ( oh the track fell of the truck and got damaged full of lies)
NEVER NEVER I WILL MENTION THIER NAME NOR RECOMMEND TO ANY BODY THEY ARE UNPROFFESIONAL BY FULL MEANING. I'M SORRY I GAVE THEM THE JOB PLEASE DON'T FALL INTO THEIR TRAP, YOU'LL FEEL THE SAME.

Salesperson had very pleasant manner, good showroom where we could browse as long as we wanted, decent products & reasonable prices as compared to other blind providers. The person doing the measure was a little late, I think he could use another staff member to help him out as he seemed very busy! We would definitely use them again and good to support local business.

Just got to keep plugging these guys, renovations is my business and i need my trades to be on time and trustworthy. Nepean Blinds are true proffessionals when it comes to great quality products and great service.

I had my whole house fitted with new vertical blinds with security doors about 4 years ago and still looking/working great in my rental property. So I got then back to fit security doors and the same vertical blinds to the granny flat I just finished. It was the 1st quote I got was was the cheapest out of 3.

I was looking for some external awning for my newly purchased property, i rang around a few places and after i had a few quotes I called Nepean Blinds and got a quote, From the reviews on this page I was very hesitant, However I am glad I decided to go with this company, the Sales Rep was sooo lovely, not pushy and the price was great. When the day came for Installation it was raining and I was upset that I had taken a day off work but I cannot control the weather, they called me 1st thing that morning and rescheduled my appointment for another week away as the forecast was rain for that week, the customer service was great, they gave me all of the information i required. When the Installation day came I was soooo Thrilled with the product. I guess some people need to realise that people make mistakes and also no-one can foresee the future, I guess people think jumping up and down and writing bad reviews is going to help but I would highly doubt that.
